Footscray Community Arts (FCA) has well and truly earned its stripes as arts institution, not just in Footscray, but Melbourne-wide and further.

FCA is a 50-year strong independent arts precinct dedicated to sharing stories. Their vision is that all communities are valued as makers of culture.

Footscray Community Arts is a hub for cultural expression, community-led art and important conversations, and has been around since 1974. It caters to everyone, from the curious to the established artist, working closely with First Nations mob, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, LGBTIQA+ artists, and artists with disability to ensure a safe and creative environment for both artists and audiences.

It's Artist Program includes art exhibitions, live performance and theatre shows, artist talks, live music programming, school art and excursion programs, and much more. Located next to the banks of Maribyrnong River and boasting stunning city views, Footscray Community Arts is the perfect place to explore nature, creativity and history.
