Founded by Swedish-born baker Geeti Persson, we bring you the best of Sweden’s baking heritage—think soft, buttery kanelbullar (cinnamon buns), wholesome sourdough and rye loaves, and delicious home made savoury pastries made fresh every morning. This is where you can find the famous Swedish Princess Cake (Prinsess tårta) and paired with premium coffee and enjoy a real Swedish Fika—the perfect coffee and pastry break, just like they do in Sweden!
