Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned pro, these sessions are all about moving, breathing, and feeling good together in the heart of Essendon Fields.
Bring along your yoga mat if you have one – the team always have a few spares available too. You're welcome to practice barefoot, or feel free to wear Pilates grip socks if you have them. A water bottle is also encouraged, and hand weights are optional.
